One Step Further in the work place

One Step Further’s 1-day business workshop sessions are set in a number of venues in the Basque country, where the emphasis is placed on peaceful surroundings, comfortable accommodation and outstanding food.

The workshop is run in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a small group (maximum of 12 people) and we make sure that everyone leaves with a clear understanding of the subject covered and with a specific action plan.

The 1-day business workshops take place every month, although they can be run and tailored specifically to an individual company's needs.

There are currently four workshops available:

- Communicating with impact

Learn how to build instant rapport and be more fluid in your communication with others. A practical discovery of how we communicate differently.

- Motivate yourself and others

Understand how motivation works, what it takes to motivate you and others. Get the best out of yourself and others around you.

- Managing my time

Put yourself in control of your time. Find out how to manage your time better with the help of a few essential rules.

- Creativity and innovation

Learn how to stimulate creativity and innovation in the workplace so you can be more flexible in your approach to life and business challenges.

The delivery of all workshops is based on a 3-step active learning model which ensures concentration levels remain high (the average concentration lapse is 45 minutes), ensuring maximum retention of learnings from the day.

One Step Further's 1-day business training costs €950. Each workshop includes:

- room hire

- 2 coffee breaks

- buffet lunch

- a fully qualified trainer

- a professional presentation

- a training workbook for each participant

- interactive and practical exercises

- small and large group discussion

- an individual action plan to apply the learning from the day
