Who is One Step Further?

I’m Christophe and I’ll be your guide on this journey of development and self discovery.

I’m a life and business coach, a certified NLP trainer and a member of the Professional Guild of NLP. My NLP certification comes from Pegasus NLP - a recognised and valued NLP training provider and a key player in raising the standard of NLP in the UK for the last 20 years.

My skills have been developed over 10 years of designing and running training programmes for blue chip companies and the UK government, and working extensively with a range of individuals from all backgrounds and experiences.

I set up One Step Further when, after living and working in England for 18 years, my family and I took the decision to change our lives and move to the Basque country in the South West of France. I practise what I preach and our way of living is a direct reflection of my desire to be the person I believe I am and live a life that is fulfilling for us and our young family.

Living in this part of the world allows me to combine the expertise that I’ve developed over the years with the spectacular surroundings to provide engaging and stimulating NLP training courses and to also offer a unique way of discovering who we are, what we want, and why, with One Step Further.

My own understanding of my life through the techniques I use and practise has helped me make important choices, to adjust the way I educate my young sons, to focus on solutions instead of living in the problems, to enjoy the ‘now’ and all the wonderful things of a moment.

Quoting others, I’ve been described as an ‘energetic, approachable, vibrant coach and facilitator’ who ‘makes sure people come out with personal learnings and developments’.

My goal is to empower people so they have more control over their own life.
